Army personnel outrages modesty of sister-in-law’s sister

Ara : An armyman allegedly outraged the modesty of the sister of his sister-in-law (bhabhi) at village Dhanupura under Ara Town police station in Bhojpur District on October 23, 2019, evening.

A named FIR was lodged with Women’s police station, Ara, against the army personnel but no arrest has so far been made in this regard though police are investigating the matter. Police also brought the girl over to the Ara Sadar Hospital for medical examination and produced her to before an Ara Court to get her statement recorded under Section 164 of CrPC.

SHO, Ara Town police station, said that Munna Kumar, son of Mudrika Singh of Udaypur village under Ara Muffassil police station, went to his in-laws’ house of his brother at Dhanuura where he allegedly outraged modesty of 25 year old sister of his sister-in-law (bhabhi) when other family  members had gone out.
