Ara Court sentences 2 murder case accused to rigorous life imprisonment

Ara : Additional District and Sessions Judge V, Ara,  Ajay Kumar Sharma on August 20, 2019, sentenced to rigorous life imprisonment Ram Jee Yadav and his son Hari Nath Yadav and also slapped a fine of Rs 35,000 on each of them in Ayodhya Pandey murder case.

APP Siyaram Singh said that Ram Jee Yadav and Hari Nath Yadav took Ayodhya Pandey  of Bhaluhipur Panda locality under Ara Town police station to Gangi on September 20, 2010, were they thrashed him and drowned him into river Gangi river after tying his hands and escaped. The local residents, who saw all these, took Ayodhya Pandey out of the river and rushed him to  Ara Sadar Hospital but he died on way to the hospital. The APP said that a child Chhotan Yadav was missing for some days and the accused suspected Ayodhya Pandey was behind it and so they committed the crime.

After hearing both the sides, ADJ V found Ram Jee Pandey and his son Hari Nath guilty of the crime and awarded rigorous life imprisonment to both of them.
