Patna : Three Indian women tennis players : Ankita Raina, Karman Kaur Thandi, and Rutuja Bhosale, have improved their position in the Women’s Tennis Assiciation (WTA) rankings released on July 16, 2018. Ankita Raina, 25, has jumped 13 places to be ranked 201 in the WTA rankings with 271 points. She hails from Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Karman Kaur Thandi, 20, has jumped 9 places to be ranked 216th in the WTA rankings with 252 points. She won an ITF singles title in Hongkong on June 23, 2018.

Rutuja Bhosale, 22, India, has jumped 25 places to be ranked 396th in the WTA rankings with 96 points while Pranjala Yadlapalli, 19, Hyderabad, India, has slipped 27 places to be ranked 411 with 91 points. Bhosle has studied in USA.
