Jamalpur( Munger): Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), Malda, Rohit Sinha on Sunday said here that all the trains in the country would carry tri -colour flags atop train engines.The tri- colour flags will also be fixed in each compartment of the trains from August 15. DRM Sinha said that this decision has been taken by the railways to inculcate the spirit of respect and honour towards our national flag among the passengers travelling by trains in lakhs everyday.
Sinha said that the railway ministry was all set to introduce Rail Radio service for the commuters across the country.He said commuters will enjoy music and get various information on their seats besides information about the train movement through FM radio system without paying any extra charge for that. The railways is working on this project and the service will start soon, he added.
