Patna: Bihar CM Nitish Kumar on December 9 announced opening of Intermediate colleges in all the panchaysts across the state. Speaking at Purnia in course of his ongoing Nischay Yatra, the chief minister said in the first phase 2,000 panchayats will be covered and hoped by 2020, all the panchayats will have Intermediate colleges. He also said the government has aimed at raising the enrolment of the students for higher education to 40 % . Niitsh claimed prohibition imposed in April this year was successful and now
