Patna : World No 21 Felix Auger-Aliassime, 19, Canada, reached the final of ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament, an ATP World Tour 500 indoor hard courts event, at Rotterdam, Netherlands, on February 15, 2020, beating World No 30 Pablo Carreno Busta, 28, Spain, in straight sets in semi-finals.
Aliassime beat Busta 7-6, 6-4 in 1hr 49 minutes in semi-finals. Aliassime fired 16 Aces in the match to 4 by the Spaniard. In all, Aliassime won 82 points to 68 by Busta. The Canadian won 28 receiving points to17 by the Spaniard. Aliassime also won a break points besides winning 3 games in a row. He won 54 service points to 51 by Busta.
Aliassime will face the winner of second semi-finals between defending champion and 3rd seed Gael Monfils, the World No 9, and World No 39 Filip Krajinovic, 27, Serbia, in the final.
