Patna : Secretary, Transport Department, Sanjay Kumar Agrawal, a 2002 batch IAS officer also holding additional charge of Administrator, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation ,and MD, Bihar State Road Development Corporation, was on July 24, 2019, given additional charge of Officer on Special Duty (OSD), Disaster Management Department (DMD), Bihar Government. The General Administration Department (GAD) issued a notification to this effect on July 24 itself. Agrawal is also holding additional charge of Enquiry Commissionber, GAD.
