Patna : Patna DM Sanjay Kumar Agarwal, in an order issued on December 12, 2016, prohibited classes up to Standard I in all the government and private schools in the district till December 15, 2016, in view of the continuing cold wave and dense fog. Academic activities from Standard II to Standard VIII has been prohibited before 10 am. Academic activities of classes above Standard VIII has been prohibited before 9 am, according to the order.
