Three killed, 5 injured in Aurangabad road mishap

Patna: Three persons were killed and five sustained serious injuries when the City Ride bus in which they were travelling dashed against a standing truck on NH-98 near village Chitragopi under Jamhore police station in Aurangabad district on January 23, 2017. he deceased were identified as Mohd. Sikandar (Balapokhar under Deo ps), Pramod Singh (Basdiha under Kutumba ps) and Dr Abdullah Ansari (Barun ps).

Police said that a City Ride bus was on way to Anugrah Narayan Station Road from Ramesh Chowk in Aurangabad. The bus driver dashed against a standing truck near village Chitragopi, killing two persons on the spot while one of them succumbed to his injuries at hospital. One of the deceased was a medical practitioner posted at a hospital in Nawada. n getting information, local police reached the spot and admitted the injured persons to local hospital for treatment.

It may be mentioned here that two persons were killed wile another sustained serious injuries in a road mishap on NH-98 near Patnawa under Jamhore police station two days back.
