Siwan: State Vigilance Investigation Bureau on January 13 lodged an FIR against 14 persons including former chairperson, Siwan Nagar Parishad, Anuradha Gupta, present chairman Babloo Chouhan, former executive officer Rajiv Ranjan Prakash and Nagar Up (deputy) Sabhapati Karnjit Singh alias Vyas Singh with Vigilance police station, Patna, in connection with alleged misappropriation of over Rs. 4 crore. The case has been lodged under different sections of Indian Penal Code (IPC).
