Buxar court sentences 8 to life imprisonment in murder case

Buxar:  Court of additional district and sessions judge, V, Buxar, Arun Kumar Srivastav, on Thursday sentenced to life imprisonment eight persons for killing Vimlesh Singh, who was son of a farmer Ram Nishan Singh, in Shivpur riverine area under Brahmpur police station in Buxar district on April 10, 2006, when he was irrigating his field. The court also slapped a fine of Rs 10,000 each on all the eight convicts. Vimlesh was shot dead by a rifle. Ram Nishan Singht was also injured in the incident.
