Ara : A youth was shot dead while his uncle was shot at and injured in a group clash over a piece of land at village Kusmahi under Udwantnagar police station (PS) in Bhojpur District in South Bihar on May 21, 2021, afternoon.
Police brought the body over to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem and admitted the injured there. The deceased was identified as Suresh Singh, 18, son of late Parmanand Singh while the injured was identified as Collector Singh. An FIR has been lodged with Udwantnagar police station in connection. Police are investigating the matter and also conducting raids to arrest the accused. Tension prevails in and around the village following the incident.
SHO, Udwantnagar PS, said that two groups clashed over a piece of land at village Kusmahi on May 21 afternoon in which Suresh Singh was shot dead while his uncle Collector Singh was injured.
