Patna : Reilly Opelka, 23, USA, jumped 12 places to be ranked World N0 35 with  1,726 points in the ATP Rankings for players released on May 17, 2021, after reaching the semi-final at Italian Open, an ATP Masters 1,000 clay court tournament, at Rome, Italy, last week. Lorenzo Sonego, 26, Italy, jumped 5 places to be ranked World No 28 with 2,132 points after reaching the semi-final at Italian Open last week.

Novak Djokovic ( 11,063 points), Daniil Medvedev (9,793 points), Rafael Nadal (9,630 points), and Dominic Thiem ( 8,445 points), remain World No 1, 2, 3 & 4 respectively.

Milos Raonic, 30, Canada, has jumped 4 places and is ranked World No 16 with 2,518 points. Jannik Sinner, 19, Italy, has jumped 1 position and is ranked World No 17 with 2,500 points. Hubert Hurkacz, 24, Poland, who recently won the Miami Open singles title, has also jumped 1 position to be ranked World No 18 with 2,498 points.
