Patna : The Covid-19 cases increased to 2,61,785 in Bihar on February 15, 2021, afternoon, as 44 more persons including 13 from Patna, 5 each from Nawada and Nalanda, 3 each from Banka and Gaya, and 2 each from Begusarai, Bhagalpur, and Gopalganj, tested positive for the pandemic on February 14, 2021.
Of the 2,61,785 Covid-19 cases recorded so far in Bihar, a total of 2,59,670 patients have been declared cured including 79 in last 24 hours with the recovery rate (RR) being 99.19%. The number of active cases in Bihar was 587 on February 15, 2021. The state has tested 22018681 samples so far including 30,940 samples on February 14, 2021.
The Covid-19 toll climbed to 1,527 in Bihar on February 15, 2021, with 2 new deaths being recorded in Patna in last 24 hours. With it, the toll increased to 434 in Patna on February 15, 2021.
