Bagaha: A large number of trader are allegedly selling firecrackers without licence at Bagaha in West Champaran district. They do even not have fire extinguishers at their shops. When asked about it, one of the shopkeepers Mohamad Akhatar of Bagaha town said that he had submitted his application for licence to Bagaha police station Bagaha but licence has not been granted yet. SHO, Bagaha police station, Ayub khan, said that all applications for licence have been submitted to the SDM office. After receiving the licence, the same would be handed over to the traders concerned.
