New Delhi: President of India Pranab Mukherjee will release the book ‘Citizen and Society’ written by Vice President (VP) Mohd Hamid Ansari on September 23, 2016, at a function to be held at Rashtrapati Bhavan in the presence of PM Narendra Modi, according to a PIB release.
