Five notorious criminals shifted to Beur Jail from Buxar jail

Buxar: Buxar police foiled the bid of few inmates of Buxar Central Jail to escape from the jail.The jail administration transferred five notorious criminals to the Beur jail for security reasons. Sheru Singh, Langa Mukhia, Arman Ansari, Sonu Verma and Botal Mahto were shifted to Beur jail under tight security on Wednesday evening.
Sheru Singh, who was sentenced to rigorous life imprisonment recently in connection of murder of a coaching institute owner, and Sandeep planned to escape from jail. To execute their plan, they allegedly cut the veins of their hands and sent the uploaded the pictures of their bleeding hands on the social media that alarmed the jail administration. The police admitted them to hospital.
Buxar SP Upendra Sharam had visited the Buxar Central Jail on Wednesday but he could not get any objectionable article there. An official of the Buxar Central Jail, on the condition of anonymity, said that both the jail inmates had cut veins of their hands and were treated inside the jail and are out of danger. Officials of Buxar Central Jail and Sheru Singh had a tiff after the latter spread news of his suicide bid through the social media resulting indiscriminate firing on the security guards outside the Central Jail by some unidentified miscreants. Although no security guard was injured but a common man had received a bullet injury.
