Bagaha : Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) nominee from Valmikinagar parliamentary constituency (PC) in West Champaran district in North Bihar and MD, Tirupati Sugars Ltd, Bagaha, Dipak Yadav, on May 11, 2019, lodged a complaint with Pathakauli police outpost alleging a fake letter on the party’s letterhead had been posted on Facebook stating he had resigned from the primary membership of BSP and withdrawn from the contest due to non-co operation from the party. BSP nominee Deepak Yadav has described the post as fake and mischievous aimed at maligning his image.
Dipak Yadav, in his complaint, said that his signature was on the fake letter head was scanned fraudulently. He has also sent the copy of his complaint to the DM cum Returning Officer Nilesh Ramchandra Deore and SDM, Bagaha, Vijay Prakash Meena. Dipak Yadav has alleged that Suman Kumar Mishra and Dipu Kumar Yadav were behind this mischief and had fraudulently posted the fake letter on Facebook. The BSP nominee has demanded action against them. Valmikinagar PC will go to polls on May 12, 2019, in the sixth phase of General Elections 2019.
