Patna: Union finance minister Arun Jaitley on Tuesday thanked Bihar CM Nitish Kumar for his support to the GST Bill.
Nitish told mediapersons on the state assembly premises that union finance minister telephoned him after the state assembly ratified the 122nd Constitution (amendment) Bill and thanked him for the unanimous support to the resolution moved by Energy minister Bijendra Prasad Yadav who piloted the Bill in the absence of the finance ministe ,Abdul Bari Sidiqqui who has gone to Rio for the Olympic games. Bihar Vidhan Parishad also approved the Constitution (amendment) Bill passed by both the Houses of Parliament.
