Patna : Bihar Government on January 4, 2019, appointed Sanjay Kumar, a retired Patna High Court Judge, as Chairperson of State Commission for Backward Classess under Bihar State Commission for Backward Classes Act, 1993. The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect on January 4. Justice (retd) Sanjay Kumar has been appointed chairperson of the commission for three years from the date of his assuming charge of the office.
