DIG, Central Range, asks SSP, Patna, all City SPs to hold regular Police Sabha

Patna : DIG, Central Range, Patna, Rajesh Kumar, on November 20, 2018, directed SSP, Patna, and all the City SPs to hold regular Police Sabha. The Central Range DIG, who on November 20 inspected Policelines, Patna, also ordered for distribution of 1,200 Departmental Proceedings pending for final orders at Patna SSP Office among all the City SPs and Rural SP.

DIG Kumar also directed the SHOs of all the 75 police stations in Patna district to start speedy trial in one case each month and ensure conviction. The DIG has also directed that the DSPs and Inspectors, who have not done supervision in pending cases in 10 days, then other officials will do that supervision. All SPs have to issue Report-2 in all pending case within 5 days in Patna. The DIG inspected all sections of policeline and issued instruction for improvement.

The best 20 Inspectors and Sub-Iinspectors, who have come to Patna from different districts, must be posted as SHO and head of different teams to conduct raids, the DIG teams, DIG Kumar said.
