Patna: Body of a missing five year old boy Aadarsh was recovered from a sugarcane field at village Hata Parrauna under Bhore police station in Gopalganj district on October 10, 2018, night. The deceased was son of Dharmendra Ram.
As the news of boy’s murder spread in the locality, the angry villagers made attempts to block Bhore Charmunahi and a violent skirmish took place between the traders and villagers there on October 11. Five villagers sustained injuries while four bikes were also damaged in the clash. Sensing the gravity of the situation, heavy deployment of police was made at the village. Sniffer dogs have been pressed into action.
Gopalganj SP Rashid Jaman said that an FIR has been lodged in this connection. He said that police were  investigating the case from different angles. The accused would be arrested soon, he claimed.
Aadarsh’s family members said that Dharmendra Ram’s wife Kisa Devi had gone to Lamchaur Bazaar on October 9 evening to purchase medicine and her son Aadarsh was playing in front of the house. After sometime, the
boy started searching for his mother and went to a Badhwa Sthan. Two villagers saw Aadarsh and gave toffee to him asking him to return home and left the place. When the child’s mother reached home, she started searching for her kid. Soon after the villagers started searching for the boy. Even help of social media was taken to locate him.

On October 10, Bhore police was informed about the incident and police also started a search for the missing boy.
When the villagers started searching for the boy in a sugarcane field at Sawanha village on October 10, they found the boy’s body at around 9.30 pm. Marks of nails were found on boy’s body and a mark was also found on
his neck. On getting information, Bhore police reached the spot and sent the body to Gopalganj Sadar Hospital for autopsy.
