Ara: Pritam Kumar Mishra, a priest, was shot dead at village Bhairodih under Charpokhari police station in Bhojpur district in the wee hour on Sunday. Police brought the body to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. An FIR has been lodged with Charpokhari police station but no arrest has so far been made in this regard.
SHO Charpokhari police station said that Pritam Kumar Mishara, son of Pramod Kumar Mishara, of village Nagari under Charpokhari police station was a priest at Ram Janaki temple at Bhairodih and lived in a rented house of Upenedra Rai alias Munna Rai beside the temple. .
