Patna : A minor girl, a resident of Sandalpur under Bahadurpur police station, Patna, was allegedly raped by a driver Santosh Chaurasia, 28, on July 1, 2018.
The girl’s mother lodged an FIR with Bahadurpur Police Station (PS) on July 2 accusing Santosh of raping his daughter after taking her out on some pretext. Santosh had allegedly raped her twice before and threatened her not to disclose it to anyone otherwise he would kill her parents. The girl and Santosh are tenants at the same house. Santosh is a married guy and lived there with his family.
SHO, Bahadurpur PS, said that the medical examination of the girl was conducted on July 3 and the report is awaited. He said that the police are conducting raids to arrest absconding Santosh Chaurasia.
