Patna: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) defeated  Delhi Daredevils (DD) by 6 wickets in 19th match of IPL this season at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru, on April 21, 2018, night, riding on an explosive 39 ball unbeaten 90 with 10 fours and 5 sixes by A B de Villiers, South Africa, and 30 in 26 balls with 2 fours and a six by captain Virat Kohli.

Mandeep Singh remained not out on 17 in 9 balls with a four and a six. Wicketkeeper Quinton de Kock was run out for 18 after hitting a four and a six. This was RCB’s second win in 5 matches in IPL 2018. FOR DD, Trent Boult, Glen Maxwell, and H Patel took one wicket each.

DD had scored 174/5 in 20 overs riding on a 48 ball 85 with 6 fours and 7 sixes by wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant and 52 in 31 balls with 4 fours and 3 sixes by Shreyas Iyer. RCB made 176/4 in 18 overs only.
