Ara :Bhojpur police recovered body of Krishna Musahar, 35, son of Suresh Ram of village Narayanpur under Jagdishpur police station, hanging from a palm tree at village Ahirpurva under Ayar police station on March 30, 2018, morning, brought it over to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. Police handed over the body to the family members of deceased after autopsy.
The angry villagers and family members of the deceased blocked the Ara-Mohania NH 30 near Narayanpur village with the body paralysing the movement of vehicles. They were demanding Indira Awas and compensation to the next of kin of the deceased and a job to his son. The blockade was lifted after positive response from police officials.
SHO, Ayar police station, Dharm Prakash, said that some miscreants killed Krishna first and later hanged his body from the tree. The SHO said that the identity was established with the tattoo on his hand. Krishna’s members said that he was mentally unsound and had disappeared from his home four or five times earlier. He once again disappeared from home on March 28, 2018.
