Two kidnapped from different places in Bhojpur

Ara: Two cases of kidnapping were reported from different places in the last 24 hours in Bhojpur district. A teenage girl was lured and kidnapped from village Udandih under Hasan Bazaar police outpost on Sunday evening. Later, a named FIR was lodged with Hasan Bazaar police outpost on the statement of the girl’s father who alleged that Sunny Kumar of the village with the help of his father Birendra Singh and mother had kidnapped his daughter.

In another incident, a youth was kidnapped from village Karawandia under Agiaw Bazaar police station. An FIR has been lodged with Agiaw Bazaar police station on the statement of his father Munji Yadav on Sunday but police are yet to to arrest the culprits or recover the youth. SHO Agiaw Bazaar police station D N Prasad said that as per the FIR, Rahul, son of Munji Yadav, had gone to attend call of nature in the morning on June 29 but he did not return. When all efforts to locate him failed, an FIR was lodged with the police. The SHO said that land dispute is said to be the reason behind the kidnapping.
