Ara : Additional District and Session Judge I, Ara, Ramashankar Singh Yadav, on January 19, 2018, sentenced to rigorous life imprisonment Jenabi Kahar in a 22 year old murder case. Md Bahidan was killed at village Lahthan under Agiaw police station in Bhojpur district on July 29, 1995. A named FIR was lodged with Agiaw police station against three persons. After hearing, the ADJ I convicted Jenabi Kahar while the trial is on against two other accused.
