Sitamarhi:  A twelve- day religious discourse ‘Ram-Katha’ by noted Ramait cult follower Morari Bapu concluded on January 14, 2018, at Gaushala ground at village Kharka in Sitamarhi district. Organised under the aegis of  ‘Ma Janki Janseva Trust’, it began on January 3, 2018.

A large number of people from Bihar and Nepal attended the religious discourse and took Prasad at the Langar on all the days. Morari Bapu thew lights on the several aspects of Ram-Janki. He said that Sitamarhi should be named as Sitamarhi Dham as Janki ji came out from earth when King Janak was ploughing here to appease the Rain God. The people from Nepal were satisfied in the mega event despite biting cold.
