VHP asks muslims to discourage `Jehadi’ elements

Patna: National working committee of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) on Saturday urged the Muslims in India to discourage “Jehadi” elements and asked the Hindus to realise their strength and valour and not to migrate from any part of the country.
The two-day national working committee of VHP, at its meeting held at Agrasen Bhawan here, passed a resolution telling Muslims, ” You should realise majority of  your forefathers were Hindus and they changed their religion much later. The Hindus were unsafe in Pakistan and Kashmir Valley.”
The resolution said it was  matter of grave concern that Hindus in different parts  of India were migrating from their ancestral homes due to pressure from Muslims, who should note the Hindus were not their enemies. Th VHP asked the Union government to prepare a national population policy to protect the interests of Hindus and ensure their migration it was stopped. It also demanded constitution of a judicial inquiry commission to probe the migration of Hindus all over India.  The VHP will launch a nationwide awareness campaign to instill faith and confidence among the Hindus and give them courage to face aggresively any move to force them to migrate.
