New Delhi : The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Hasmukh Adhia, an IAS officer of 1981 batch and Secretary, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, as Finance Secretary. It has also approved the appointment of Binoy Kumar, an IAS officer of 1983 batch and DGS&D, as Special Secretary, Logistics, Department of Commerce, against the newly created post,according to a PIB release.
