Bagaha : President of JD(U) Bagaha-1 block in West Champaran district, Rajeshwar Rao, on September 5, 2017, alleged that none of the five teachers of Government Primary School, Kotawa, in Baragaon panchayat under the block reached school on Teachers’ Day. Rao said that the students came to the school but returned disappointed in the absence of the teachers. He urged SDM, Bagaha, and DM, West Champaran,  to take appropriate action against the teachers concerned.
