AMC gets 24 Dumper Placer Bins, 2 Dumper Placer machine

Ara : With a view of making Ara a ‘Neat and Clean’ town the Ara Municipal Corporation (AMC) has decided to place big dumper placer bins in densely populated areas, near hotels and restaurants in the town.

The Bihar Urban Basic Structure Development Corporation Limited (BUBSDCL) has provided 24 big dust bins or dumper placer bins and two dumper placer machines to the AMC. The dumper placer bins will be kept at Gola road, Sheesh Mahal Chowk, Shivganj, Ramna road, Pakadi and Station road first. The residents of Ara are expected to dump the garbage and filth in these dumper placer bins instead of roadside. The dumper placer machines will empty the dumper placer bins during night so that people do not have any problem during day time.

The BUBSDCL has also given 100 carts ( Thelas) fitted with eight bins each. At least two such thelas will be given to each of the 45 wards  of AMCas lifting of garbage by these thelas is very easy.

City Manager, AMC, Shekhar Kumar said that the BUBSDCL has provided 24 dumper placer bins, two dumper placer machines and 100 thelas fitted with eight bins each to the AMC. He said the dumper placer bins will be placed in different densely populated areas and also near the hotels and restaurants.  He appealed the people to cooperate with the AMC to keep the town clean.
