Begusarai : Begusarai police, on a tip off from STF, Patna, seized 11.5 quintal Ganja from a Container on NH 28 under Bachhwara police station at 6 pm on March 26, 2017. Begusarai SP Ranjit Kumar Mishra said that the Container bearing Nagaland registration number was coming from Agartala and the consignment was to be delivered at Raghopur in Vaishali district in North Bihar.
SP Mishra said the driver of the seized Container Raj Kumar of Kanpur, UP, and Cleaner Mohan Das of Samastipur district had been arrested. He said the Container owner would also be made named accused in the case. The Ganja was seized during checking of vehicles on NH 28.
