Police seize 489 bottles of IMFL from Asst Director’s Fortuner in Patna

Patna : Police on March 26, 2017,  seized 489 bottles of Royal Stag from a Fortuner under Dhanarua police station in Patna district. Police arrested two persons Shailesh and Rohan and seized the Fortuner allegedly belonging to an Assistant Director in Commerce ministry Rakesh Singh, according to SHO, Dhanarua police station. The SHO said that the liquor was brought over from Ranchi, Jharkhand. He said that the two arrested persons had inform their police that it was their fifth trip to Bihar by Fortuner to smuggle liquor. The 489 bottles of Royal Stag were packed in 41 cartons. Police are trying to contact the owner of Furtuner.
