Patna: Former MLA and principal spokesman of state BJP Vinod Narain Jha will be the second candidate of party for the Vidhan Parishad elections. He will file his papers on Tuesday. The announcement regarding selection of Jha as the second BJP candidate for Vidhan Parishad elections was made by state BJP party president Mangal Pandey on Tuesday. The BJP and its allies in NDA have 58 MLAs in Bihar assembly and it will require four more votes to ensure success of Jha. Arjun Sahani is the other BJP candidate for the council poll. Jha was MLA for ten years from 2005 from 2015.
