78 outlaws sent to jail in Bagaha police dist.

Bagaha : SP, Bagaha Police district, A K Gupta, on February 19, 2018, said on altogether 95 anti- social elements were taken under custody during a four- day special drive launched by different police stations  against criminals and bootleggers in the police district of which 78 outlaws including 10 bootleggers were sent to Bagaha and Bettiah jails.

The SP said during raids 10 litres of countryliquor besides 100 litres of unfinished liquor and spirit were also seized from Valmikinagar, Chautarwa, Dhanaha and Bhitaha police station areas.

Meanwhile, Bagahs police, in a joint operation with an excise department team led by Sub- Inspector Sunil Kumar, destroyed over 340 litres of country liquor and Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) the same day.
