Bagaha: A joint police team from Piparasi, Naurangia and Laukaria police stations in Bagaha police district carried out raids at several dens of liquor smugglers in Gandak diara on June 2, 2018, and seized 62 cartons of UP made IMFL, a countrymade rifle and a few live cartridges from the house of Kisan Yadav of Ojhawalia Gandak diara under Piparasi police station area.
Police also arrested four smugglers including Kesan Yadav, Umashankar Kushwaha of Baluatola under Jagaha Bazzar police station in UP, Nagu Sahni and Raju Yadav of Kailashnagar under Bagaha police station. Bagaha SP Arbind Kumar Gupta said that arrested accused were being interrogated and will send to Bettiah district jail soon.
