Ara : Bhojpur police, on a tip off, conducted raid in an area under Shahpur police station in the afternoon on March 22, 2017, and arrested four criminals and seized two countrymade pistols, two magazines, 25 live cartridges, 90 pouches of countrymade liquor, four mobiles and a Bolero from their possession.
Bhojpur SP Kshatranil Singh said that he got information that some criminals had taken shelter in an area under Shahpur poice station and immediately sent a police team that arrested four criminals : Binod Yadav, son of Munna Yadav of Bheem Patti, Harendra Tripathi, son of Shiv Kant Tripathi of Belauti, Rajesh Yadav, son of Yugesh Yadav of Shahpur, and Dabloo Choubey, son of Satyadev Choubey of Belauti, all under Shahpur police station. The SP said that over a dozen criminal cases are pending against them with different police stations in Bhojpur and Patna districts.
