Patna : Over 37 % voters had exercised their franchise by 1 pm in the five parliamentary constituencies (PCs) in Bihar that went to polls in the 3rd phase of Lok Sabha Elections 2019 on April 23, 2019. Five PSs : Jhanjharpur, Supaul, Araria, Madhepura, and Khagaria. went to polls on April 23, 2019.The polling percentage was37.05 % till 1 pm, according to the PIB.
Altogether 82 candidates are contesting for these 5 Lok Sabha seats. The JD(U), RJD, and BSP are contesting three seats each in the 3rd phase of polls while BJP and LJP are contesting one seat each.
