Patna : The Covid-19 cases increased to 2,62,628 in Bihar on March 3, 2021, afternoon, as 31 more persons including 7 from Patna, 6 from Nawada, 4 from Muzaffarpur, 3 from Madhubani, and 2 each from Begusarai and Samastipur, tested positive for the pandemic on March 2, 2021. The number of active cases in Bihar dropped to 348 on March 3, 2021, from 368 on March 2.
Of the 2,62,628 Covid-19 cases recorded so far in Bihar, a total of 2,60,737 patients have been declared cured including 50 in last 24 hours with the recovery rate (RR) being 99.28%. Bihar has tested 2,25,25,216 samples so far including 33,716 samples on March 2, 2021.
The Covid-19 in Bihar increased to 1,542 on March 3, 2021, with one new death being recorded in Patna in last 24 hours. With it, the toll climbed to 444 in Patna on March 3, 2021.
