Patna : In an administrative reshuffle involving junior IAS officers belonging to 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 batches, Bihar government on November 1, 2017, shifted 27 IAS officrs. Sunil Kumar Yadav, an IAS officer of 2012 batch and Deputy Development Commissioner (DDC), East Champaran, was transferred and appointed Joint Secretary, Planning and Development Department.
Raghvendra Singh, an IAS IAS officer of 2013 batch and Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO), Jainagar, Madhubani, has been transferred and appointed DDC, Gaya. Dharmendra Kumar, another IAS officer of 2013 batch and SDO, Bagaha, West Champaran district, goes to Madhubani as DDC.
Yogendra Singh, an IAS officer of 2013 btach and SDO, Patna City, has been shifted and appointed DDC, West Champaran, while another officer of this batch and SDO, Ara, Navdeep Shukla, has been appointed DDC, Saharsa. Subrat Kumar Sen, also an IAS officer of 2013 batch and SDO, Barh, Patna, has been appointed DDC, Nalanda. Nawal Kishore Chaudhary, an IAS officer of 2013 batch and SDO, Jehanabad, goes to Supaul as DDC. Anand Sharma, an IAS officer of the same batch and SDO, Patna Sadar, has been appointed DDC, Bhagalpur. Ms Ranjita, another officer of this batch and SDO, Muzaffarpur, West, has been appointed DDC, Araria.
Ms Udita Singh, an IAS officer of 2014 batch and SDO, Katihar Sadar, has been shifted and appointed DDC, Rohtas. Amit Kumar Pandey, another IAS officer of the same batch and SDO, Khagaria Sadar, goes to Katihar as DDC. Shashank Shubhankar, also an IAS officer of 2014 batch and SDO, Baisi, Purnia, has been appointed DDC, Bhojpur. Raushan Kushwaha, another IAS officer of 2014 batch and SDO, Bhagalpur Sadar, has been appointed DDC, Saran, while Atiya Prakash, an IAS officer of the same batch and SDO, Naugachia, Bhagalpur, has been made DDC, Patna.
Ms Abhilasha Kumari Sharma, an IAS officer of 2014 batch and SDO, Madhubani Sadar, has been appointed DDC, Banka, while Yashpal Meena, an IAS officer of the same batch and SDO, Arwal, has been appointed DDC, Kishanganj. Another IAS officer of 2014 batch and SDO, Siwan Sadar, Shyam Bihar Meena, has been made City Commissioner, Bhagalpur. Saurabh Jorwal, another IAS officer of 2014 batch and SDO, Saharsa Sadar, has been appointed City Commissioner, Biharsharif, Nalanda.
Amir Samir, an IAS officer of 2015 batch, has been appointed SDO, Siwan Sadar, while Suharsh Bhagat, an IAS officer of the same batch, has been appointed SDO, Bhagalpur Sadar. Ghanshyam Menna, an IAS officer of the same batch, has been appointed SDO, Bagaha, West Champaran. Prashant Kumar C H, also an IAS officer of the same batch, has been appointed SDO, Saharsa Sadar.
Sawan Kumar, another IAS officer of 2015 batch, has been appointed SDO, Baisi, Purnia. Manesh Kumar, an IAS officer of the same batch, has been made SDO, Khagaria Sadar, while Sajjan R, also an IAS officer of 2015 batch, has been made SDO, Barh, Patna. Bhavesh Mishra, an IAS officer of the same batch, has been appointed SDO, Patna. Ms J Priyadashini, also an IAS officer of 2015 batch, has been appointed SDO, Muzaffarpur, West. The General dministration Department issued a notification to this effect on November 1. All the nine IAS officers of 2015 batch have returned from central deputation.
