Sitamarhi : Sitamarhi DM Ranjeet Kumar Singh while addressing the inaugural function of week-long 6th national sports cluster meet DAV schools at Dumra field in Sitamarhi on October 27, 2018, said the chain of DAV educational institutions are of world class and par excellence. It has its roots not only in India but in many countries. These institutions not only impart education but Indian culture as well, the DM said.
Altogether 29 DAV schools including those from Manipur, Mizoram, and Sikkim are participating at the event.
Former MP Sita Ram Yadav, DAV Muzaffarpur regional head B S Ojha, local school principal Kunwar Singh, and teacher S K Jha were prominent among those addressing the function.
