Patna : The Governor designate of Bihar Satya Pal Malik will take oath as the 38th Governor of Bihar after Independence on October 4, 2017, at 10 am at Rajendra Mandap, Raj Bhavan. Malik, a former Union Minister, will reach Patna by plane at 4 pm on October 3, according to a press release issued by Raj Bhavan on October 2. He will be accorded welcome at State Hanger, Patna Airport.
