Saharsa : An eleven year old girl Manisha was crushed to death at village Araraha under Saurbazaar police station in Saharsa district on February 22 evening. The girl, who was standing on the roadside, died on the spot. Angry over the death of the girl in an accident, the locals blocked the Sonbersa Raj – Baidyanathpur road paralysing movement of traffic till the time of reporting. Manisha, daughter of Pankaj Ram, a native of village Madhura under Saurbazaar police station, was living with her maternal grand-parents at Araraha to study. The villagers seized the truck but the driver managed to escape.
