Patna: A juvenile Justice court on Monday granted bail to Ruby Roy, topper of Intermediate Arts examinations of 2016 conducted by Bihar school examination Board. She was at the Remand Home after she was transferred there from Beur Central Jail as she was found to be a minor.
Three dozen people including the then chairman of the board Lalkeshwar Singh, two secretaries, some officials of the board, two principals, two examination superintendents and former JD(U) MLA and then principal of Ganga Devi Mahila College Usha Sinha were arrested in the Inter exam results scam and are lodged in Beur Central jail. Intermediate Science topper Saurabh Shrestha is also lodged in jail
