Ara : One person was killed and two others injured in a head on collision between a speeding bus and a motorcycle near Nonaur village under Hasan Bazaar Police Outpost on Ara-Sasaram main road in the wee hour on August 9, 2018.
Police brought the body to Ara Sadar Hospital and admitted the injured to the Primary Health Centre (PHC), Piro, but the doctors referred them to Ara Sadar Hospital. The deceased was identified as Jitendra Sah, son of Gopal Sah of Pakadi locality under Nawada police station, Ara. The injured were identified as Dharmendra Kumar alias Niranjan, son of Birendra Ram, and Umashankar, son Lal Ji Yadav of Pakadi.
SHO, Hasan Bazaar Police Outpost, said that Jitendra Sah, Dharmendra Kumar and Umashankar were going to Gupta Dham in Rohtas district on a motorcycle. When they reached near Nonaur Mor under Hasan Bazaar police, a speeding bus coming from opposite direction collided head on with the bike killing Jitendra Sah on spot and injuring Dharmendra Kumar and Umashankar.
