For South Africa Lungisani Ngidi, Dane Paterson, and Robert Frylinck  took 2 wickets each. Tabraiz Shamsi took one wickret.

Chasing a target of 133, South Africa were 27/1 after 4 over. Opener Rassie van der Dussen was out for 13. Quinton de Kock was batting on 11 while captain Faf du Plessis was batting on 1.
