Patna : Zimbabwe shocked Bangaladesh crushing them by 151 runs in the first cricket at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium, Sylhet, Bangladesh, after lunch on the fourth day of the match. Chasing a target of 321 runs, Bangladesh were all out for only 169 in their second innings on the fourth day of the match with openers Imrul Kayes and Liton Das scoring 43 and 23 runs respectively while debutant all-rounder Ariful Haque scored 38.

For Zimbabwe, debutant all-rounder Brandon Mavuta, 21, took 4/21, Sikandar Raza 3/41, Wellington Masakadza 2/33, and Kyle Jarvis 1/29. Sikandar Raza took six wickets in the match.

Zimbabwe had scored 282 in their first innings and 181 in the second. Bangaladesh scored 143 in their first innings and 169 in the second innings.
