Youth alleges sodomy at Buxar Madrassa

Buxar : The members of two groups clashed after a case of sodomy came to light at a Madrassa in Musafirganj locality under Buxar Town police station on April 19, 2019, evening. Police arrested three persons of a group and admitted injured Hafiz Rahamtullah Rizvi of the Madrassa to Buxar Sadar Hospital. Police also brought the sodomy victim to the hospital for medical examination. An FIR has been lodged with Buxar Town police station in this connection.

SHO, Buxar Town police station, Avinash Kumar, said that Hafiz Rahamatullah Rizvi taught Urdu to students at a Madrassa in  Musafirganj locality near the railway station. A youth from Bhojpur district, who lived with his relative at Sarimpur, used to go  to the Madrassa for learning Urdu. He alleged that Hafiz Rahamtullah Rizvi always sodomized him. He told his family members about it. His family members went to the Madrassa to inquire into the matter where the supporters of Hafiz attacked  them. Soon,  both the groups clashed in which the Hafiz was injured. On getting information, police rushed to the spot and arrested three persons related to the victim.

The victim submitted an application through a youth of Sarimpur alleging that Hafiz sodomized him and his motorcycle parked outside the Madrassa was damaged. The supporters of Hafiz set ablaze the damaged motorcycle. The SHO said that police are investigating into the matter and the guilty would not be spared.
